**DEPOSIT MUST BE SENT 3 DAY PRIORITY MAIL OR PUPPY GOES BACK UP FOR SALE**
Deposit is half of the purchase price, and will hold the pup until 8 weeks of
age. Full payment must be received by the time puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, or
deposit will be forfeited, contract is void and the puppy will be resold.
I UNDERSTAND THAT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I UNDERSTAND THAT MY DEPOSIT WILL BE HONORED 1 YEAR AND CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO A
FUTURE LITTER.( prior agreement needed)
However, we will gladly take a puppy back if buyer cannot provide the necessary
care and try to find it a forever home. NO refunds will be given. All original/
previous paperwork, health records must be returned with puppy.
Under no circumstances puppy should go to an animal shelter, rescue facility or
research lab.
If seller decides that buyer is not suited for our puppy, Seller has the right
to cancel a sale, before the delivery of the puppy. A cancellation fee of
$150.00 will be deducted from deposit.
Buyer has read , understands and acknowledges that no cash refund or
reimbursement for veterinary fees will be made and that the
initial examination
must be done within 48 hours of purchase or the guarantee is void.
Final payment must be paid in CASH.
Buyer agrees that if puppy is not picked up by 8 weeks old, there will be a $ 10.00
a day boarding fee charge.
I have read this contract, understand it fully, and will abide completely in
order to keep the guarantee in full effect.
